TEAC America does not provide an End User's Guide for the internal slim-line CD-ROM drives.

 If your Notebook PC System came with a pre-installed TEAC CD-ROM drive, you need to contact your system's manufacturer for any user's guide documentation, firmware updates, and all support related issues.

The TEAC's internal CD-ROM drives are not available in retail kits; therefore, your computer's manufacturer will provide all the technical support for your CD-ROM drive.
