TEAC AMERICA Launches Multifunction Portable Storage Drive

Manufacturer adds Portable Storage Drive to its line of products

MONTEBELLO, CA (November 27th, 2006)... TEAC, a premier manufacturer of DVD-Recorders, CD-RW, CD-RW/DVDROM Drives, DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, Internal and USB Floppy Drives, External Hard Drives, USB Flash Drives, Disc Printers and Disc Duplicator Systems, announces the launch of its new Multifunction Portable storage drive.

"Use only one digital memory card for all your needs. By transferring your data, photos and other files such as MP3 files continuously on the TEAC Multifunction drive, all you need is the drive and only one digital memory card, that's all."

TEAC's Multifunction Drive allows the user to refresh the flash memory card. With one touch, one can safely copy and store his/her photos or other data and music files. The drive can be connected to a PC to transfer images to be shared or print. The unit also comes with a large LCD display and status indicator to track a quick and reliable transfer of the photos or any other digital contents. The drive can be connected to a Mac or PC to transfer the files to be shared or printed. The drive also includes a rechargeable battery.
TEAC's Multifunction Drive is currently available in USB 2.0 and in 40GB capacity.
TEAC's new Multifunction Portable Storage Drive, PDrive/40, is available through TEAC's Distribution Partners, Internet retail stores and on www.Shopteac.com web site from December 1st.
