We will not service ESOTERIC Products that were manufactured and sold outside of the country in which service is requested. Service is available only for product sold by authorized USA Dealers. For service on equipment bought from overseas distributors, please contact your selling Dealer for instructions. All service is handled by our factory trained technicians out of our headquarters in Montebello, California. No other location is authorized to perform service on Esoteric products.
